Job Overview:
The Fulfillment Lead is responsible for supporting the Physical Fulfillment team's daily operations and ensuring departmental objectives are met. This role serves as an entry-level management position, guiding a small team and overseeing day-to-day workflows. The Fulfillment Lead provides hands-on support, coaching, and direction to team members while acting as a key point of contact between staff and higher management. This position is located in our Seattle HQ office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day operations of the Physical Fulfillment team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Guide, train, and mentor team members to support individual and team success.
- Monitor team workflows and assist in improving processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Manage employee scheduling and timecards, ensuring proper coverage and adherence to policies.
- Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members; assist in delivering performance reviews.
- Serve as a point of contact for team questions, escalations, and operational support.
- Communicate updates, goals, and priorities from leadership to the team.
- Participate in hiring processes and provide input on candidate selection.
Qualifications:
- Typically, 1–3 years of experience in a lead, supervisory, or senior team member role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage day-to-day operations and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience providing coaching, feedback, and training to team members.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Starting Salary Range: $54,000 - $58,000.00
