Job Summary:
Docketly is an appearance counsel provider. We match local attorneys with large firms in need of coverage for short, procedural hearings nationwide. We are seeking a Verification Data Entry Specialist who can help ensure the accuracy and quality of hearing information before it is shared with our attorney network. This position is full-time in Docketly's HQ Office in Longmont, Colorado.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Review and verify hearing information for accuracy before publishing to our attorney network
- Compare details from multiple sources to ensure consistency and completeness
- Accurately document and confirm hearing data, attachments, and related materials
- Send out verified hearing schedules and links to attorneys
- Respond to tickets and basic customer service inquiries, offering simple tech troubleshooting when needed
- Maintain a consistent pace of verification, meeting and exceeding daily and weekly targets
- Communicate clearly and ask questions when clarification is needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2 years' experience in data verification, customer service, tech support, or a similar role
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and maintaining focus in a fast-paced environment
- Basic troubleshooting experience
Preferred
- Exposure like Claude, Codex, and OpenAI Platform are a plus. Any experience in SQL, Python, Java a plus

Schedule: Monday through Friday, this position is full-time in Docketly's HQ Office in Longmont, Colorado.
