Location: Los Angeles, CA (On-site) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $22.00/hour

Job Overview

Our Data Entry Specialists play a critical role in the accurate processing of legal documents for our process server teams. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, reviewing, and verifying data across our internal systems with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. You'll work in a fast-paced production environment where precision matters — ensuring documents are correct, complete, and processed efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
• Enter and verify data accurately across multiple internal platforms
• Identify and correct errors before documents move through the production process
• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of the industry and our processes
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies as they arise
• Complete additional projects as assigned

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; data entry experience is a plus
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong desire and ability to work as part of a team
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Typing speed of 60 WPM
