Job Overview:
The Data Entry Specialist and QC personnel facilitate the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. As a Data Entry Specialist you will review and confirm work entered into our systems, solve issues, and escalate as needed. This position is full-time, onsite, in our Los Angeles office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and file legal documents with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Enter and update information in internal systems in a timely manner
- Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in data or documentation as they arise
- Complete additional projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Desire and ability to be a team player
- Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Type 60 plus WPM

Schedule: Full-time, Onsite, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM PST
