Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and offer informed guidance on our jewelry and store offerings
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Conduct product consultations that highlight craftsmanship, quality, and design—creating natural opportunities to upsell
- Manage cash handling and register operations with care and precision
- Maintain an elegant, well-organized sales floor through thoughtful merchandising
- Support inventory management, including restocking and stock checks
- Provide excellent phone and in-person service, ensuring every client inquiry is handled with professionalism
- Develop a working knowledge of our jewelry repair services
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients and team members alike
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in high-end retail or the jewelry industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with clients
- Comfort with POS systems and basic retail math
- An eye for merchandising and presentation, with an appreciation for luxury products
- Confidence handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Polished phone and in-person etiquette
- A genuine ability to upsell while keeping the client experience front and center
- Availability to work Saturdays
