Printing and Sales Representative

We are looking for a Print Technician / Customer Service & Sales Representative who can become an integral member of our team. This position combines hands-on print production with customer service and sales responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the printing industry, enjoy working directly with customers, and be comfortable identifying customer needs, recommending print solutions, and helping grow existing and new business. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for customers while ensuring their projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Assist customers with identifying the best printing products and services for their projects.
• Identify sales opportunities and recommend additional products, services, and print solutions based on customer needs.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotes, orders, project status, and future printing needs.
• Assist with generating new business and developing relationships with prospective customers.
• Prepare quotes, process customer orders, and ensure accurate job specifications.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide front counter assistance and create a welcoming, customer-focused experience.
• Print, scan, copy, and produce jobs in accordance with customer instructions and specifications.
• Operate both large and small format printing equipment.
• Review completed jobs for accuracy and quality before delivery to customers.
• Maintain and clean printing equipment on a regular basis.
• Assist with inventory management and organization of printing materials and supplies.
• Work closely with production, sales, and management teams to ensure customer expectations and deadlines are met.
• Assist other team members and managers in improving efficiency throughout the job and production process.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Experience with large and small format printing preferred.
• Experience working within the printing industry preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Sales experience or a strong interest in developing sales and customer relationships.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and identifying opportunities to grow accounts.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and other graphic design programs.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Adobe programs, Publisher, and similar software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Willingness to follow company processes, safety standards, and policies.
