Position Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Annandale, VA. Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or the printing industry is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads and quote requests.
- Prepare quotes and process sales orders accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer orders are completed on time.
- Maintain customer information and sales activity records.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities.
- Learn company products, services, and industry best practices.
- Support the sales team in achieving department goals.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, retail sales, inside sales, or a related role preferred.
- Printing industry experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and email.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
