Role Description: A full-time, on-site Scheduler role based in Maumee, OH. The Scheduler will manage daily and long-term staffing schedules for nursing and home health care services, ensuring appropriate coverage for clients and patients. We are seeking an UPBEAT, POSITIVE, DETERMINED individual who wants to make a difference in the greater Toledo community. Candidate will be expected to hold Monday-Friday office hours (8a-5p) in addition to participating in after-hours "on call" duties.
The role also involves responding to phone calls and inquiries in a professional manner, supporting excellent client service, and assisting with related administrative and documentation tasks as needed.
This is a support staff position - responsibilities will include communicating with patients, case managers, social workers, family members of patients, nursing staff.
