Job Overview
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to organize and coordinate various office duties. The successful candidate must be able to ensure a high level of organizational effectiveness, communication, and attention to detail. The administrative assistant must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and handle competing responsibilities.

Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills to interact and collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and professional contacts.

Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant is a must. A successful administrator should also have experience with a variety of office software (e-mail tools and spreadsheets) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Handle multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking messages with excellent phone etiquette
  • Knowledge of administrative assistant responsibilities, systems, and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Assist our CFO on ensuring Franchisee compliance
  • Provide top-notch customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Running reports from procurement system
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • High emotional intelligence and discretion
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Support office management activities to enhance operational efficiency

Basic qualifications

  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous administrative experience or clerical experience in a busy office environment
  • Bilingual skills are a plus for enhanced communication with diverse clients

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.25 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
