What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and deliver holistic and tailored financial plans, including research, analysis, and client presentations.
- Meet with clients and prospects to guide decisions, build trust, and follow through on action items.
- Grow the firm’s client base through business development efforts and relationship-building.
- Lead financial workshops at least twice per week.
- Support ongoing portfolio management and financial plan updates in collaboration with the team.
- Stay on top of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to better serve our clients.
- Participate in firm-wide growth initiatives, marketing projects, and vendor partnerships.
- Mentor and help grow other Financial Advisors within the firm.
What You Bring
- Investment licensure: Series 65 or equivalent (Required)
- Proven experience in financial planning or investment advisory services (Required)
- Life & Health Insurance licensure (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
- A high level of initiative and a commitment to client service
- Clear and professional communication (written and verbal)
- Strong presentation skills and ability to speak in front of others
- A high level of motivation and hard work ethic
- Proficiency with Microsoft and CRM systems
- Ability to work from multiple locations
