We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Full-Time Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales to meet and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory or market segment.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
Achieve or surpass sales targets and KPIs.
Keep detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or related field preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (if applicable).
Compensation:
Base Salary: $40,000 – $60,000 (depending on experience)
Commission/Bonuses: Based on sales performance
