Reports To: IT Systems Manager
Scope: This Systems Administrator position will play a key role in the expansion, maintenance, and enhancement of the organization's cloud footprint. Primary subject areas will be administration, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft cloud applications and services. As a member of the IT systems team, the Systems Administrator will also provide technical support to ABC staff for IT hardware and software solutions. Additionally, there will be interaction with staff and leadership to understand business needs and align technical solutions to company goals.
