Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable customer-focused and detailed oriented part-time Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up rental items to and from various resorts, hotels, VRBO's and residential homes. This position requires excellent physical stamina and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Weekends are mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload rental items onto and off delivery trucks following company specifications.
- Deliver and pick up items according to the routing list, ensuring safe handling of equipment and respecting resorts / hotels requirements and regulations for entry and delivery of items.
- Carry items, including heavy equipment, up and down multiple flights of stairs as needed.
- Maintain regular communication with the route dispatcher for access to properties or any questions for deliveries / returns to ensure efficient deliveries and returns.
- Clean and sanitize equipment upon returning to the warehouse to ensure items meet quality standards. ( this is an important part of our standards and may take 2-3 hrs daily after route )
- Loading the day prior for your route.
Qualifications:
- Availability to work weekends is mandatory.
- Ability to lift and carry 50–60 lbs repeatedly up multiple flights of stairs.
- Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a delivery driver.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and positive attitude.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
