Are you a people person who loves to help others? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy matters? If you're looking to start or grow your career in banking, our Teller position is the perfect first step! This role provides the opportunity to build a strong foundation in customer service and banking operations, with the potential to grow into a Universal Banker role or other opportunities within our branch network. We’re searching for friendly, detail-oriented individuals to join our team and provide exceptional customer service. 

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist customers with everyday banking needs- whether it’s deposits, withdrawals, or check cashing.
• Build relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering the right banking solutions. 
• Accurately process transactions and balance your cash drawer. 
• Help with additional tasks like issuing cashier’s checks, processing night deposits, and handling coin rolls. 
• Help with debit cards, safe deposit boxes, and more. 
• Work with your team to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy times. 
• Train to be a Teller, eventually transitioning into a Universal Banker role or another role within the branch.

Who You Are:

• You have a high school diploma or equivalent, with some experience in customer service or cash handling (preferred but not required).
• You’re a natural multitasker, able to handle several tasks while keeping a smile on your face. 
• You have great communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers and coworkers.
• You are detail-oriented, organized, and can balance your drawer with ease.
• You’re flexible and able to work at different locations or on Saturdays when needed.
