JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Summary The Branch Manager leads the daily
operations and sales efforts of the branch office to deliver exceptional
customer service and achieve branch goals. This role represents AbbyBank
in the community, fostering positive relationships with customers,
potential customers, and coworkers. The Branch Manager is responsible
for coaching and developing retail staff, ensuring operational
compliance, and supporting the Bank\'s mission, vision, and values. This
position requires strong leadership, relationship management, and
organizational skills. In addition to overseeing branch operations, the
Branch Manager will support sales growth in Small Business and Retail
Banking. During busy periods or when the branch is short-staffed, the
Branch Manager may also work on the teller line to ensure smooth service
delivery. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Leadership & Sales
Development Champion sales and business development within the branch,
setting clear goals and modeling AbbyBank\'s Vision, Mission, and
Values. Hold regular branch meetings to communicate expectations, review
production results, and encourage proactive solutions. Mentor, coach,
and motivate retail staff to achieve excellence in both sales and
service. Prospect, qualify, and originate Small Business and Retail
growth activities, making referrals to other business lines when
appropriate. Branch Operations & Compliance Administer bank policies and
procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements, including BSA,
CRA, Right to Financial Privacy Act, GLBA, and Regulation E. Supervise
branch staff including tellers, personal bankers, and universal bankers.
Ensure effective scheduling, timecard accuracy, and security of branch
operations. Manage branch facilities and building maintenance, including
working with vendors, contractors, and business renters to address
needs. Monitor operational reports (e.g., NSF, uncollected funds) and
take corrective action when appropriate. Customer & Community Engagement
Act as an ambassador for AbbyBank in the community by attending events,
volunteering, and promoting the Bank\'s products and services. Build and
maintain strong relationships with municipal, institutional, and
nonprofit organizations to support growth and community reinvestment
opportunities. Manage customer situations with professionalism and
provide timely resolution or referrals. Staff Development & HR
Responsibilities Participate in hiring, conduct annual performance
reviews, and make recommendations on staff development, promotions,
discipline, or termination. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to
ensure team success. Partner with supervisors of non-direct reports to
maintain strong communication and collaboration. Teller Support Maintain
knowledge of teller transactions and procedures. Provide coverage in the
teller line during peak times or when the branch is short-staffed.
Approve check-cashing exceptions within assigned limits. Personal Banker
Support Train and maintain proficiency in Personal Banker
responsibilities, including account openings, consumer lending, and
product recommendations. Provide Personal Banker support during
high-volume periods, employee absences, or when additional expertise is
needed. Maintain working knowledge of AbbyBank\'s retail products,
services, and digital banking tools to educate and support customers.

Associate degree in business, finance, or related field preferred;
equivalent work experience may be considered. Minimum three years of
retail banking or financial services experience. At least one year of
Leadership Or Supervisory Experience Required. Technical & Professional
Skills Strong knowledge of retail and small business banking products
and services. Ability to oversee branch facilities, manage maintenance
needs, and coordinate with business renters. Proficiency ith Microsoft
Office products and banking systems. Sound understanding of regulatory
