The Dough Roller is responsible to effectively and efficiently produce the most important product we have in our business--Abby's pizza skins--by following to the letter our specs and procedures.
Duties and responsibilities for an Abby’s Dough Roller are to produce all Abby’s deep dish and regular pizza skins, and to keep the dough room and equipment to Company standards.
Required skills for this position include but are not limited to; being able to read a chart, good written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work in a small are with limited supervision, organizational skills, standing for up to 8 hours, and the ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
