What are the responsibilities and job description for the QUALITY TECHNICIAN position at ABBY MANUFACTURING LLC?
Job Responsibilities:
- Inspect parts before they go to the customer
- Inspect parts before they go to paint/powder coating
- Inspect parts received from outside vendors
- Inspect RMA's received from customers
- Help with inspection of raw materials and MTR's
- Input NCR's if bad parts are found
- Perform process audits when shipping department is caught up
- Assist Quality department with other duties not listed as demand arises
INSPECT=verify all dimensions of parts to print, verify parts are packaged correctly, verify parts are visually to spec and safe to handle (no burrs/sharp edges), verify count and labeling of parts to be shipped.

Qualifications:Minimum Requirements:
- 1 years of quality experience
- Demonstrated punctual and dependable performance
- Position requires ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Position may require bending, kneeling and stooping
- Previous experience working in industrial manufacturing industry preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odor and chemicals
