Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a quality and safety driven environment that is compliant with the company's vision and goals
• Enter Near Misses
• Promote Quality driven environment
• Enter NCR's for non-conforming material
• Count parts for accuracy
• Clock job quantities when jobs are complete 
• Enter discrepancies in conjunction with clocking
• Communicate with team and follow up on any missing information or discrepancies

The following skills are required for the Data Entry position:

• Basic knowledge of computer operation including keyboard and mouse operation, knowledge of Microsoft is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Operate equipment in area as needed after proper training (machines, forklift, bander, pallet jack, powered and handheld tools, etc.)
• Almost continual walking, reaching, grasping, carrying and balancing
• Moderate amount of time standing and stooping
• Work is in a shop environment, with exposure to hot or cold weather, high temperatures, fluorescent lighting and proximity to moving mechanical parts
• Moderate exposure to humidity
• Occasional exposure to wet weather, toxic or caustic chemicals
• Must have good attendance record at previous jobs
• Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic
