Job Responsibilities:
- Complete and email cycle counts by required day and time
- Complete daily inventory counts and enter data for all Central Power parts by required day and time
- Compile dolly timecards and enter labor time for dollies daily and email plant supervisor and manager the completed counts on a daily basis
- Enter and update dolly shipments incoming and outgoing on all required excel spreadsheets
- Email customer contact the required files for invoices for each outgoing dolly shipment
- Email customer contact the required estimate files for each incoming dolly shipment
- Assist all visitors and answer all phone calls with a respectful and courteous demeanor
- Assist Human Resources with applicants on scheduling interviews
- Responsible for continually maintaining a clean working environment
- Use proper PPE and follow all safety procedures
- Work under the direction of the Plant Supervisor and Manager to assist with daily operations
- May perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:Requirements:
- Must have at least one year of experience with computer, scanner, printer, Outlook and basic internet functions and know how to scan and save a document in specific locations
- Must be proficient with Excel, Excel Certification a plus
- Forklift certification a plus
- Evernote experience a plus
- Ability to read blueprints is required
- Ability to read a tape measure is required
- Previous manufacturing experience a plus
- Must be a team player
- Ability to work in high paced environment
- Must have effective communication and organizational skills
- Must have innate attention to detail
- Must have proficient computer skills
- Punctual and dependable attendance record
- Position requires ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Position may require bending, kneeling and stooping
- Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors and chemicals and differentiating temps that can reach from 40 degrees in the winter to 100 degrees in the summer
