It is a full-time position with accountability for meeting compliance timelines, ensuring operational accuracy, and maintaining reporting integrity.
What You’ll Work On
- Oversee consumer rights processes across regions, ensuring requests are handled accurately and in line with requirements.
- Support and improve processes for managing and responding to individual data requests.
- Track incoming requests, identify potential delays, and take action to keep work on schedule.
- Help manage processes for handling privacy-related issues and concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address and resolve privacy matters in a timely manner.
- Associate’s degree or 4 years of relevant experience in privacy, compliance, or a related field required
- Strong working knowledge of privacy management tools (e.g., OneTrust), including configuration and day-to-day administration
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain concepts to a range of audiences
- Experience working with cross-functional partners, including regular interaction with senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Professional privacy certification preferred (e.g., CIPP/US, CIPP/E, or similar)
- Experience conducting or supporting incident management investigations, including documentation and follow-through to resolution
- Working understanding of privacy laws, regulations, and the broader compliance landscape (e.g., GDPR, CCPA/CPRA)
- Exposure to or experience applying project management principles, with the ability to track and support multiple concurrent initiatives
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
