The Opportunity

This role will work out of our Plymouth, MN location, supporting our Structural Heart medical device division.

Structural Heart Business Mission : Why We Exist

Our business purpose is to restore health and improve quality of life by designing and providing device and management solutions for treating structural heart disease.

The Senior Program Manager will lead and continuously improve division-level business processes that drive operational performance, strategic execution, and financial results. Own the governance, planning and facilitation of the Operations Management Business Review (MBR) process, ensuring effective performance oversight through meaningful metrics, action items, and executive stakeholder engagement across all functional areas.

What You’ll Work On

• Partner with divisional functional leaders to identify, develop, and implement productivity and gross margin improvement initiatives across divisional support organizations, including but not limited to Project Management, Product Performance, Supply Chain, Supplier Quality, and other shared service functions. Drive cross-functional alignment, accountability, and execution of programs that improve organizational efficiency, resource utilization, and business performance.
• Serve as the business process owner for the division's strategic planning process, leading the integration and consolidation of long-range operational and financial plans, including productivity, capacity and space planning, manufacturing yields, people engagement, capital investments, unit cost improvement roadmaps, and other key business objectives. Ensure strategic plans are translated into actionable priorities, and sustainable execution across the organization.
• Function as a strategic partner to senior leadership by coordinating complex cross-functional initiatives, driving continuous improvement, influencing decision-making through data and analytics, and ensuring alignment between operational execution and long-term business strategies.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience.
• Experience leading several high complexity projects from beginning to end.
• Demonstrated technical skills and management judgment appropriate to the project.
• Demonstrated expertise in PM tools and processes.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry experience supporting products, services, or operations in a regulated environment, such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, consumer health, or life sciences preferred.
• Experience leading strategic planning, business review, and operational performance management processes while partnering with senior leaders across a complex, matrixed organization preferred.

The base pay for this position is $129,300.00 – $258,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
