About the Role The Senior Key Account Manager will develop and execute strategic account plans to grow sales, increase market share, and drive adoption of our expanding portfolio. You will be the primary commercial interface with key stakeholders—KDMs, KOLs, private clinics, public hospitals, and pharmacy retail chains. This role includes responsibility for formulary inclusion, tender strategy insights, pricing negotiations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will also support launch readiness initiatives across select North African countries. Key Responsibilities Strategic Account Management Create and execute strategic plans to grow key accounts—especially within private clinics. Build strong, trust-based relationships with hospital leaders, KOLs, and decision-makers. Understand account-specific needs to deliver tailored solutions and maximize product uptake. Commercial Excellence & Execution Partner with local distributors to enlist the new portfolio and negotiate annual agreements. Monitor, forecast, and report sales performance while tracking market dynamics and competitor activities. Market Access & Tender Insights Collect insights from public hospitals to shape tender strategy. Ensure successful reimbursement file submission and liaise with local authorities (MOH, reimbursement agencies). Retail & Business Expansion Secure retail orders for the new portfolio across major pharmacy accounts. Support Patient Access Programs implementation and reporting requirements. Regional Collaboration Contribute to launch readiness projects across North African countries as needed. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field (Master’s / MBA preferred). 5–7 years of pharmaceutical sales and key account management experience in Morocco. Proven success driving sales growth and managing complex accounts across private clinics and public hospitals. Strong experience in commercial negotiations and cross-functional collaboration. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and reimbursement processes. HEOR or Market Access–related certifications are a plus. Languages: French & Arabic required; English proficiency preferred. Oncology experience is an advantage.
