This position works out of our Casa Grande, Arizona location in the Abbott Nutrition division. Our Nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow to keeping adult bodies strong and active. What You’ll Work On

Safely operate yard trucks to move semi-trailers within the facility.

• Load waste containers onto trailers using Powered Industrial Trucks (PITs) or by hand.
• Maintain clean, organized loading docks in compliance with GMP standards.
• Perform routine equipment checks to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to keep schedules on track.
  
  

You’ll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.

Pay and Shift

• Schedule : 12-hour Day Shift from 6 :00 AM to 6 :00 PM
• Work-Life Balance : Enjoy every other weekend off with a consistent rotating schedule.
  
  

Shift Pattern :

• Week 1 : Wed & Thurs (12 hrs)
• Week 2 : Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun (12 hrs)
• Week 3 : Wed & Thurs (12 hrs)
• Week 4 : Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun (12 hrs)
  
  

This rotation provides predictable time off while maximizing full-time hours.

Required Qualifications

• Experience operating yard trucks and PITs (required).
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• PIT certification or license (preferred).

The base pay for this position is $18.65 – $37.35 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
