Build, modify, and troubleshoot laboratory setups, prototypes, fixtures, and measurement systems used for product development. Analyze experimental data, identify trends and failure modes, and communicate conclusions through clear reports, presentations, and design-review materials. Draft and execute test protocols, verification plans, engineering reports, and design documentation in accordance with internal quality-system requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers on component development, process improvements, prototype builds, and technical issue resolution. Strong problem-solving ability, ownership, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new technical areas quickly. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced R&D environment with changing priorities. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in engineering, MEMS, microelectronics, packaging, mechanical systems, or a related technical field. Experience applying machine learning, AI, or advanced data-analysis methods to large engineering data sets is a plus. Working knowledge of Python, LabVIEW, or other programming tools. Proficiency in Python and experience with Python machine learning, data science, or data visualization libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Keras, Pytorch, Matplotlib, Seaborn, etc.).
