Experience Required

• 5–7 years of relevant experience
• Mechanical or Industrial Engineering education
• Minimum 5 years in the medical device industry
• Demonstrated expertise in CAPA and project management
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and resolve quality issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA): Develop, execute, and monitor CAPA plans to address issues and prevent recurrence.
• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Project Management: Lead and manage quality improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and achievement of objectives.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quality issues, CAPA activities, and project progress.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams—including production, engineering, and supply chain—to drive quality initiatives and ensure product excellence.
  
  

Qualifications

• Quality Management, or related field
• Proven experience in quality engineering or similar role
• Strong knowledge of root cause analysis techniques and CAPA processes
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies
• Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (ISO, FDA)
