Quality Control Inspector - 1st Shift

Job Title: Quality Control Inspector (1st Shift – 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM)

Location: Pleasanton, CA 94588

Duration: 6 Months (Contract)

Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

Shift: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to perform routine inspections of electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical components. This role primarily involves visual inspection to ensure products meet established quality standards throughout various stages of production.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products
• Verify conformance to quality assurance standards and specifications
• Identify and document defects, discrepancies, or non-conforming materials
• Maintain accurate inspection records and support quality documentation processes
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve inspection-related issues
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in inspection, manufacturing, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify visual defects
• Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with SAP, MES, or similar systems
