Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Perform visual inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products
- Verify conformance to quality assurance standards and specifications
- Identify and document defects, discrepancies, or non-conforming materials
- Maintain accurate inspection records and support quality documentation processes
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve inspection-related issues
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inspection, manufacturing, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify visual defects
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry
- Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with SAP, MES, or similar systems
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to follow structured processes and procedures
- Strong observational and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- This role is heavily focused on visual inspection, where attention to detail is more critical than technical tool usage
