We’re now looking for an experienced National Account Manager to join our Abbott Nutrition International Out‑of‑Pocket (OOP) Consumer Business Unit, where you’ll play a key role in growing some of our most important national customer partnerships. This is a high‑impact, commercial role offering autonomy, visibility, and the opportunity to shape long‑term customer strategy while driving revenue and profitability. What you’ll be doing; As National Account Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your customer portfolio, acting as a trusted partner and commercial lead. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and executing strategic account plans aligned to business objectives Managing and growing relationships with national and strategic customers Driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and long‑term partnerships Leading contract negotiations, pricing agreements, and commercial terms Delivering against sales targets, forecasts, and profitability KPIs Analysing customer and market data to inform decisions and maximise ROI Supporting new product launches and expanding range and distribution Working cross‑functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and shopper behaviour What we’re looking for Essential: Proven experience as a National Account Manager or Key Account Manager Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills Experience managing complex customer relationships Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑influencing skills Strong analytical and planning capability Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel Desirable: Background in FMCG, Retail, Consumer Goods, B2B or Consumer Healthcare Experience managing national or grocery multiple accounts Familiarity with CRM systems and sales forecasting tools What you’ll bring A strategic, data‑driven mindset A strong sense of ownership and accountability The ability to think commercially while building genuine customer relationships Confidence working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment What Abbott offers Competitive salary and performance‑based incentives Defined contribution pension scheme Private healthcare and life assurance Flexible benefits package A collaborative, inclusive culture within a global healthcare leader Genuine opportunities for career development and progression Ready to grow your career with Abbott?
