The Opportunity This position works out of our Alameda, CA location in the Diabetes Care division where we are focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology. Summary Reimagine the future of digital health by empowering people living with diabetes (PWDs) driving meaningful, disruptive change in a highly competitive glucose monitoring market. Own the creative vision end-to-end, from strategy to execution, ensuring storytelling is emotionally compelling, insight-driven, and distinctive in the market. Ignite consumer demand by designing and executing breakthrough campaigns & content to build awareness, spark consideration, and inspire trial for PWDs across channels Elevate brand credibility, brand love and brand loyalty by using powerful insights and creative across consumer segments and journeys including website and emails Lead and grow a high-performing team, setting a bold vision and high standards while fostering creativity, collaboration, and best-in-class, brand-safe execution. What You’ll Work On Define and own the creative & content strategy and execution, by translating deep insights, based on strong curiosity, into highly relevant, breakthrough content. Manage creative agency partnerships and Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring deliverables are executed on time, on strategy, and within budget. Partner closely with paid media lead to ensure creative informs & aligns with strategy Contribute to business and tactical planning, translating company objectives into consumer campaigns that deliver measurable results. Set, track, and analyze KPIs, using performance insights to measure creative impact and learn or optimize creative Partner closely with Global Marketing to influence development of new global campaigns, localize campaigns for the US, and gain alignment on US specific campaigns Serve as a product and category expert, staying current on competitive activity and recommending strategies to mitigate competitive threats. Collaborate with Legal, Medical, and Regulatory teams to develop compliant, effective, and timely promotional materials. Required Qualifications Bachelors Degree required Six years of relevant marketing experience Extensive experience in delivering high impact consumer campaigns that work across a variety of media channels like linear TV, OTT, Social, Audio, etc. Preferred Qualifications MBA Content & Creative Development Experience Ability to write a strong brief, critique creative, and give effective feedback Strategic Marketing & Analytical Skills Strong understanding of brand marketing strategy, including positioning, campaign development, and channel mix. Great analytical skills with the ability to use MR and data to inform decisions. Ability to translate strategy into clear plans and measurable results. Communication & Leadership Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly comfortable creating and presenting clear, compelling PowerPoint presentations to large groups and senior management Confident, emotionally intelligent, and professional with high integrity. Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
