Key Responsibilities
- Support month-end financial reporting and prepare variance analysis
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Analyze capital expenditure requests (what is being requested, why it’s needed, and cost justification)
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support to business partners
- Maintain accurate Excel-based reports
- Communicate with shared service accounting and finance leaders
- Help improve processes and reporting tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred)
- Minimum GPA 3.0
- Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Basic understanding of finance/accounting principles
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
