Title: Facilities Technician II

Location: Plymouth, MN

Duration: 6 Months, Possible extensions

100% Onsite

Shift: 02:00pm - 10:30 PM

Training: First 3 weeks on 1st shift

Summary

Responsible for operating, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on facility systems to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years facilities maintenance experience
• Emergency Response Team experience
  
  

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC, vacuum, compressed air, emergency generators, power distribution, and city/well water systems
• Execute preventive maintenance procedures and schedules
• Administer CMMS (IFOR EAM) documentation
• Coordinate work with contractors and vendors
• Maintain spare parts inventory
• Provide regular maintenance reporting
• Serve on the Emergency Response Team
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree (facilities-related field)
• CMMS experience
• Boiler Certification
• Universal Refrigeration License
