What You'll Work On
As the Associate Director, you will :
- Lead Product Evolution : Own the design vision for Lingo 2.0, our next-generation health platform. You'll rearchitect the user experience from the ground up, making it simpler and more intuitive while delivering actionable insights that empower users to make smarter health decisions.
- Champion User-Centered Design : Ensure that all design work is grounded in user research, usability testing, and data-driven insights.
- Lead Design Work : Own the design direction and execution for major product initiatives, setting the standard for design quality across the team. Mentor and guide other designers through feedback, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Partner closely with product management, engineering, brand, and marketing to deliver cohesive, high-impact experiences across mobile and web platforms.
- Influence Product Direction : Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning by advocating for the user and identifying opportunities for differentiation through design.
- Communicate Design Impact : Articulate design vision, progress, and impact to product leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- 10 years of experience in digital product design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Bachelor's in design, HCI, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in UX/UI design for mobile and web applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence, and measurable impact.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Master’s degree in design
- Experience in health tech, wearables, or performance-focused consumer products is a plus.
- Strong understanding of agile development, design thinking, and user research
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
