The Opportunity Our location in Columbus, OH, currently has an opportunity for an Associate Brand Manager for Similac CRM Marketing in our Nutrition Division. Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow to keeping adult bodies strong and active. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day management and implementation of key consumer tactics, HCP initiatives, and management of cross-functional communication for the Pedialyte marketing team. This role will have the opportunity to help identify opportunities and execute marketing tactics to accelerate Pedialyte growth. What You'll Work On Review content and strategy with medical, legal, and regulatory teams. Partner cross-functionally to manage the brand budget. Core Business Delivery: AP&G Budget ownership. Monthly agency marketing calendar status/reconciliation. Monthly agency work planning calendar. Kit/DM execution - new creative, maintenance updates, materials, etc. (CRFs). SOWs, POs routing, and management. Delivery Optimizations: Initiative Pull-Through execution inclusive of direct mail, email, and e-commerce channels. Reporting - quarterly e-commerce audits. Media creative liaison and lead. Direct mail forecasting with the Analytics team. Partnerships/Retail: Partnership/CoOp source management. Retail initiative execution/measurement/retail team liaison (Amazon, Walmart, Target) & consult (maximize sales). Acquisitions: Strategically manage and oversee acquisitions from various list sources, partnerships, co-ops, and other channels. Determine the optimal number of names to acquire from each source to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor and analyze acquisition performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Specialty Product CRM Programs: Program evolution. Program reporting and optimization recommendations. Similac Kosher Lead: Manage customer relationship with Kayco (kosher-specific distributor) including overseeing order process, demand planning, annual marketing SOW, etc. "Delivery owner" for 3 Similac Kosher SKUs: Lamehadrin, 32oz Kosher, and 2oz Kosher. Ad hoc Kosher requests including WIC, annual Chicago Center Health and Safety Fair in August, managing creative for Sim.com and Amazon (via Kayco). Required Qualifications BS/BA in Marketing, Finance, Communications, Management, or Project Management. 2-4 years in eCommerce/digital marketing for CPG or Healthcare brands desired. Ability to effectively manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Initiative to identify opportunities and develop plans to drive business performance. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Business analytics and KPI tracking capabilities.
