Role Description This is a full-time Pediatric Occupational Therapist role based in Ventura, CA, with a hybrid schedule. The Pediatric Occupational Therapist will evaluate children with a range of developmental and functional needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy services in clinic and community-based settings. Daily responsibilities include administering standardized assessments, delivering therapeutic interventions, and documenting progress. The role involves collaborating with families, caregivers, and other therapy professionals to support carryover of skills at home, school, and in the community. The therapist will also participate in team meetings, contribute to treatment planning, and maintain compliance with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Occupational Therapy and Pediatrics, with experience providing therapy services to children.

- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in California.
