As a key part of our organization, you will work directly with homeowners to assess their comfort needs, design customized heating and cooling solutions, and guide them through system upgrades and replacements. You’ll play an essential role in helping customers improve energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and overall home comfort—while driving company growth through consultative, relationship-based sales.

Main Duties:

  • Conduct in-home comfort consultations to assess system performance, efficiency concerns, and replacement opportunities.
  • Develop and present customized HVAC system proposals that align with homeowner needs and budget.
  • Explain equipment features, warranties, energy savings, rebates, and financing options clearly and professionally.
  • Guide homeowners confidently through the buying process and close sales.
  • Follow up with prospects to answer questions and maintain strong customer relationships.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with prospects to answer questions and maintain strong communication throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate closely with installation and service teams to ensure accurate system design and seamless project execution.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of consultations, proposals, and communications within the company CRM.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer comfort, indoor air quality, and overall system efficiency.
  • Operate professionally while representing the company in customers’ homes and within the community.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3 years of residential HVAC replacement sales experience
  • Demonstrated production history ($1M annually preferred)
  • Strong understanding of system sizing, ductwork, IAQ, and efficiency ratings
  • Proven ability to sell high-efficiency and premium systems
  • Confident presenter with strong objection-handling skills
  • CRM proficient and highly organized
  • Professional presence and customer-first mindset
  • Valid driver’s license and clean record
  • Fluent in English

This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking a true producer.

Job Details:

  • Full-time, Full commission.
  • Expected hours: 40 – 65 per week
  • Benefits: Health insurance, health savings account, paid time off, retirement plan
  • Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday & on-call by set monthly schedule
