Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashers or by hand as necessary.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are consistently met in the kitchen area.
- Assist with kitchen cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow during meal times.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Food Handlers Permit or willingness to get one
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- This position is Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 7 pm
This position will be subject to random drug screenings. All employees of The Abbington St George will undergo a background Check prior to first day of employment.
