Abbiamo Pasta - Director of Finance (Hybrid)

Are you a strategic financial leader ready to make an impact in the food industry? Our client Abbiamo Pasta, a fast-growing food ingredients manufacturing company headquartered just outside Fargo, North Dakota is seeking an experienced Director of Finance to lead financial operations and drive cost-efficiency across the organization.

In this role you will oversee financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, while managing product costing and inventory valuation. You will lead audits, support an ERP system implementation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This role also plays a key part in strategic planning and HR-related financial functions.

The ideal candidate will bring a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA licensure is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of senior-level accounting experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller is required. A strong background in accounting, financial analysis and forecasting is necessary. Strong communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with external business professionals (banks, auditors, lenders, etc.) is important. Experience in the food manufacturing or processing industry is preferred.

While the ideal candidate will live in the Fargo, ND area, a hybrid arrangement for candidates living within driving distance will be considered for the right candidate.
