We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mason to join our dynamic construction team. As a Mason, you will be instrumental in shaping and building durable structures across various construction projects. Your expertise in building material installation, interpreting technical drawings, and working with hand and power tools will ensure that every project meets our high standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship. Duties

• Construct, repair, and restore structures using bricks, concrete blocks, stone, and other masonry materials, adhering strictly to construction plans and specifications
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to accurately execute building layouts and details
• Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to facilitate efficient construction processes
• Install windows, glass panels, flooring, trim carpentry elements, and other building materials with precision
• Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other tradespeople on construction projects for seamless integration of building systems
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite while adhering to all safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries

Experience

• Proven construction experience with a focus on building construction, remodeling, or hardscape projects in outdoor environments
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation specific to masonry work
• Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans for accurate execution of tasks
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, glass installation, flooring installation, and trim carpentry is highly desirable
• Experience working on diverse construction projects that demand outdoor work adaptability
• Strong understanding of safety protocols relevant to masonry work and general construction site safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently in physically demanding environments while maintaining attention to detail
