Abbey Senior Cottage Assisted Living in O’Fallon is seeking a professional, caring, and dedicated Licensed Insulin Medication Aide (LIMA) to join our compassionate team. This position offers a 12-hour evening/night shift schedule in a supportive and resident-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications in accordance with state regulations and facility policies.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and report findings to nursing staff.
- Provide daily assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of medication administration and resident care.
- Uphold the highest standards of resident care, safety, and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Active LIMA license in the state of Missouri (required).
- Knowledgeable in practices, procedures, and regulations governing Assisted Living facilities.
- Must pass a background screening and be registered with the Family Care Safety Registry.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
