What are the responsibilities and job description for the FT/PT Servers position at Abbey Senior Health?
Server:
- Understand the importance of customer service and be willing to learn resident/relative satisfaction techniques and incorporate Person Centered Care into every aspect of his/her daily routine.
- The server will be responsible for service to residents in the satellite dining room.
- Transporting food from main kitchen to satellite kitchen prior to each meal.
- Serve food to residents following proper formal serving techniques, etiquette and courtesy.
- The server is also responsible for upkeep, cleanliness and sanitation of the satellite dining room, baking in satellite oven, serving food, dish return and stocking of satellite kitchen.
Salary : $16 - $18
