Must have at least 1 year of leasing or sales experience

What You’ll Do:
Give tours of the property and help people find the perfect apartment
Prepare lease paperwork and assist with applications
Follow up with prospects by phone, email, or text
Help with marketing and social media outreach
Support resident events and office operations
Keep tour spaces and leasing office clean and organized
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience
Great communication and people skills
Ability to work with leasing software and manage follow-ups
Organized, dependable, and upbeat
Weekend availability required
