Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for building client relationships, identifying and fulfilling client real estate needs, conducting property searches, marketing listings, and negotiating contracts. Responsibilities include assessing market trends, preparing and reviewing real estate documents, conducting property showings, and providing excellent customer service to ensure optimal client satisfaction. The role requires effective communication and collaboration with clients and colleagues to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid Georgia Real Estate License to practice real estate transactions.
- Proficiency in key real estate areas, including general Real Estate operations, understanding of Real Property laws, and Sales processes.
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills to manage diverse client needs effectively.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market, particularly in the Greater North Atlanta area, is highly desirable.
