Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. The role involves managing client accounts, providing superior customer service, and supporting clients with their commercial insurance and risk management needs. Responsibilities also include assisting with policy reviews, addressing claims and coverage questions, and fostering strong client relationships. This is a hybrid position based in New Haven, CT, with the flexibility for partial remote work.
