Position Summary
ABBA Home Care LLC is seeking compassionate, reliable, and professional Direct Care Aides (DCA) to provide personal care and support services to members enrolled in our Group Adult Foster Care (GAFC) program.
The DCA plays a vital role in assisting members with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), promoting independence, ensuring safety, and enhancing overall quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist members with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including:
- Bathing
- Grooming
- Dressing
- Toileting
- Mobility and transfers
- Provide meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Monitor and report changes in member condition
- Accurately complete documentation and service notes in real time (EVV compliant)
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Follow individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and clinical team
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Work Location: On the road
