You will be, responsible to drive sales, sales process, and business development through the channel for Baldor Reliance and ABB branded motors of ABB in Motion NEMA Motors in Fort Smith, Arkansas. The role includes strategic development of channel to market, digital strategy development and growth, sales program management, and sales growth across key Baldor Reliance and ABB branded motors. This role also provides leadership, management, and customer facing actions to drive sales growth, process, and strategic focus. A key component of this role will be customer growth agreement management to focus sale activity and growth at end user accounts.

Your responsibilities
- Manage End User customer rebate and pricing agreements for growth and compliance. Develop a system for agreement management and adherence to rebate growth plans
- Manage rebate processing, reporting, and drive continuous improvement within rebate and end customer pricing efficiency and adherence.
- Drive process with District Offices and review achievement of rebate growth targets and collaborate with sales team to meet goals and adherence.
- Lead TPM process and manage a process to get all distributors on the new TPM (Technical Project Manager) approved contract.
- Support the Voice of the DO and team with Product management and for needed program development
- Establish distribution council with goals of customer experience improvement, sales growth strategies, and market needs.
- Channel digital strategy development and on-line sales growth through new strategic and existing partners. Manage and lead an internet seller evaluation and strategic plan – establish expectations & standards for channel partners internet platforms, evaluate impacts of on-line buying trends and effects on channel model and define go forward needs.
- Team with product management to support distributor collateral needs for sales engagement, growth, and distribution. Ensure DO sales teams have information needed to foster distributor selling.
Your background
- Master's Degree with minimum 6 years experience OR Bachelor's Degree with minimum 8 years experience OR Associate's Degree with minimum 10 years experience.
- Strong interpersonal, teaming and presentation skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Preferred Experience Includes: SAP, SalesForce, WorkDay, Product/Industry specific experience.
- Positions requires up to 35% travel.
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
