Your role and responsibilities
You will execute service work according to instructions and ABB standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Deliver quality customer service, showcasing expertise and sense of urgency in your area of responsibility.

Main accountabilities:
- Perform entry-level field service tasks, identify technical issues, and analyze through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products.
- Prepare material lists needed for service activities and ensure all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality.
- Execute work on a first-time right approach with customers, ensuring the job is done on time and as per quality standards.
- Troubleshoot simple equipment failures and make recommendations to avoid such issues in the future.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of professional work experience required.
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 80% as required.
- Experience with system Network maintenance.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Candidates must have a work authorization permitting them to work for ABB in the US.
