ABB OPTICAL GROUP is hosting a JOB FAIR / OPEN HOUSE on Thursday, April 30th from 10:00am - 2:00pm, in our Hebron, KY location. Our address is 2055 Global Way, Hebron KY, 41048

30 Open Warehouse / Fulfillment Specialist (Picker/Packer) positions!!! No experience is required, but we are looking for people with a great attitude, a willingness to do a great job, have a desire to be a part of a dynamic and fast paced team. We offer unlimited growth opportunities and training within our distribution center.

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK THE FOLLOWING SHIFT;

Full time: Monday - Friday - 6am-2:30pm, 7am-3:30pm, 8am-4:30pm, 10am-6:30pm, 12pm-8:30pm, & 3pm-11:30pm

Part Time - Monday - Friday 6am-11am, 7am-12pm, 8am-1pm, 10am-2pm, 4pm-9pm, & 6pm-11:30pm

Pay: $17.00/hr plus a $1.00 shift Differential for 3rd shift

We will train on how to:

· Use RF gun (electronic scanner) for scanning

· Use a cart to pull orders (pull cart into aisles)

· Pack customer orders in preparation for shipment

· Prepare warehouse areas for following day shipments

· Maintain safety in the work environment by keeping the area free of safety hazards

You must have:

· Ability to stand (including walking) for a full shift, whether part-time or full-time

· Ability to work in a time sensitive, fast paced, deadline driven environment

· High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

· Desire to work as part of a team in a fast -paced, fun, friendly environment

Compensation Range
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $17.00 an hour. This represents the good-faith estimate of the compensation range at the time of posting.

Actual pay will be based on job-related factors, which may include:

Geographic location
Relevant experience
Education and qualifications
Job-related skills
Internal equity considerations
Applicable minimum wage laws

This position may also be eligible for a bonus and/or commission plan, subject to the terms of the applicable plan.
