This Position reports to:
Continuous Improvement ManagerThe person in this position will trouble-shoot and develop a plan of action and then repair injection and compression molds and progressive dies. This person must have the ability to retain the knowledge required for mold changeovers. They are expected to work safely and keep up 5S in their work areas.
The work model for the role is on site at Portland, TN.
