We are a small, fami ly-owned construction company looking for an administrative assistant who can assist with a mult itude of office dut ies.The candidate should be interested in long term employment, with gro wth opportunity within the business. Previous experience not required, but encouraged. Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry a plus.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all electronic processes related to specific projects.
- Maintain office policies and procedures
- Data Entry experience required
- Scanning, filing and copying documents
- Assist with other duties (when needed)
Skills
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills·
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
