Duties
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly with professional phone etiquette, taking accurate orders and providing friendly assistance
- Manage takeout orders efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to coordinate order fulfillment
- Greet guests in person with warmth and hospitality, assisting with their questions and guiding them through the ordering process
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the takeout area to ensure a welcoming environment
- Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Support overall restaurant operations by assisting with guest services, serving when needed, and upholding high standards of hospitality
Experience
- Prior host/hostess experience or food service background preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and kitchen staff
- Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Previous restaurant experience or guest services background enhances your ability to excel in this role
- Knowledge of hospitality standards, including guest relations and customer service excellence
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous but not mandatory

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
