Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks (16–26 ft) to transport customer belongings
- Load and unload furniture, appliances, and household items with care
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, including fluids, tires, and lights
- Navigate routes efficiently using GPS or maps
- Maintain accurate mileage logs and trip documentation
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site
- Supervise and lead a crew of movers during the job
- Secure loads properly using moving pads, straps, and other equipment
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years in moving and driving operations
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Team leadership experience
