Position Summary
The Behavior Consultant supports ABA treatment under BCBA supervision across home, school, and community settings. Responsibilities include implementing individualized plans, collecting data, assisting with FBAs, and collaborating with families to promote meaningful behavior change.
Responsibilities
- Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA direction
- Provide 1:1 behavioral interventions across settings
- Collect accurate data on client progress
- Assist with FBAs as assigned
- Support parent/caregiver training
- Communicate consistently with the BCBA and team
- Follow ethical, professional, and confidentiality standards
Minimum Qualifications
- Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in Pennsylvania
- 12 graduate credits in Applied Behavior Analysis
- 1 year of FBA, intervention development, and ABA implementation experience
Additional Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
- PA child abuse, criminal background, and FBI clearances
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
